- The comparison between industry occupancy vs the Capital Group’s rate was a great way of highlighting the aforementioned strategic model’s success
- The turn it up – live it up campaign that provided the business a much needed boost in foot traffic once lockdown regulations were eased late last year
- The pending third wave that will possibly hit mid 2021 – hotels need to be prepared and have a strategy to ensure survival long after the pandemic has calmed down
The interview was factual, informative and highlighted how the travel industry continues to bleed revenue and is subsequently in desperate need of a lifeline as Covid-19 continues to hit it hardest.
