The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts – The Capital Boardwalk 10 Day Giveaway – APRIL 2026.

1. The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).
2. Competition opens 00:01 7 April 2026 and ends on 23:59 17 April 2026.
3. Entry mechanism requires the entrant to be a follower of The Capital Instagram and Facebook pages.
4. Only one entry per person per story poll will be counted.
5. Only answers given on the actual Instagram and Facebook stories will be considered. No direct messages will be valid
6. Winner will be announced on 20 April 2026 on Organisers’ platforms.
7. Winners can only win once per 12-month period.
8. The entrants stand the chance of winning:

• A 2-night stay for two people in a standard room at The Capital Boardwalk, including daily breakfast, valued at R6090, each.

9. The total prize is value of the competition campaign is R60 900.
10. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
11. Accommodation voucher at The Capital Boardwalk, must be redeemed within 6 months, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. The voucher is not valid during block out and peak periods and is subject to availability.
12. Prize does not include travel to and from The Capital Boardwalk.
13. The Organisers will contact the winner via direct message on social media platform. If winner fails to respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.
14. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
15. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
16. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
17. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
18. The Organisers are not responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received after the deadline due to technical issues.
19. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
20. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
21. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, they will be automatically disqualified.
22. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
23. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
24. Entrants must be based in South Africa.
25. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Organisers’ decisions, which are final and binding.
