SEVEN Villa Hotel and Spa BY THE CAPITAL in conjunction with Camelot Spa SEVEN Villa.

1. The competition is open to all Instagram followers of SEVEN Villa Hotel and Spa, and Camelot Spa SEVEN Villa (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).   
2. The competition opens Wednesday 23 October 2024 and ends at midnight on Thursday 31 October 2024.    
3. Entry mechanism requires the entrant to like and comment on the competition post as well as follow both organisers Instagram pages. 
4. The entrants stand the chance of winning:  A two-night stay for two people in a Jacuzzi Villa, including breakfast, valued at R11 300, dinner for two people per night valued at R1 400 (R700 per couple, per night), as well as 2 x 60-minute hot stone massages at Camelot Spa SEVEN Villa, valued at R1 900. 
5. The prize is valid for stay dates from Monday – Thursday only.  
6. The prize is valued at R14 600 and must be redeemed collectively. 
7. The prize does not include travel to and from SEVEN Villa Hotel and Spa.  
8. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.   
9. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.   
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash.   
11. Winner will be announced on Friday 1 November 2024 on Organisers’ platforms.    
12. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.   
13. Winners can only win once per 12-month period.  
14. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.   
15. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.   
16. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.   
17. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.   
18. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.   
19. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.   
20. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.   
21. Entrants must be based in South Africa.  
22. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
