The Capital Menlyn Maine Instagram Competition

1. The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts and Frik van Heerden (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. The competition opens 01 March 2024 and ends 15 March 2024.
3. Entrants are required to be followers/fans of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts and Frik van Heerden’s Instagram pages.
4. To qualify, entrants must, in addition to point 4, must like the competition post and tag a friend they would like to bring along on the same competition post.
5. Winners will be announced on 18 March 2024 on Organisers’ social media platforms.
6. The entrants stand the chance of winning: a 2-night stay voucher at The Capital Menlyn Maine including breakfast, a spa spoil at Camelot Spa Central Square and KOI Restaurant.
7. The prize is valued at R9 500 and is for a two-night stay for two adults sharing in a standard room including breakfast, a couple’s full body massage to Camelot Spa Central Square during your stay (valued at R1940), and dinner at KOI during your stay (valued at R1500).
8. The prize must be redeemed before the end of September 2024.
9. Booking dates are subject to availability and exclude block-out dates.
10. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
11. The prize does not include travel to and from The Capital Menlyn Maine.
12. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
13. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
15. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
16. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
17. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
18. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
19. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
20. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
21. Entry Eligibility: Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
22. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
