The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts, Nom Nom Jewels, ARC, Corona and CemAir: R120k giveaway!

1. The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts, Nom Nom Jewels, Arc, Corona and CemAir (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. Competition opens 2 May 2024 and ends at midnight (00:00) on 1 August 2024. 
3. Entry mechanism requires the entrant to follow all Organisers on Instagram, as well as like the original competition post on The Capital’s Instagram page.
4. The entrants stand the chance of winning:10 x 2-nights stays including breakfast at any of The Capital properties in an entry level room, a R10 000 Nom Nom voucher, a R5 000 ARC voucher, a hamper from Corona valued at R5 000, and 2 x return tickets from CemAir valued at R14 000.
5. The prize is valued at over R120 000.
6. The accommodation prize from The Capital is valid for 12 months and must be redeemed before the 31 July 2025. Rooms must be booked 2-nights at a time.
7. Accommodation booking dates are subject to availability and exclude block out dates and peak periods.
8. The accommodation prize does not include travel to and from the chosen Capital property where booking is made.
9. ARC voucher is valid until 31 December 2024 and redeemable online or in-store.
10. ARC gift voucher is valid until 31 December 2024 and redeemable online or in-store.
11. ARC voucher winner also must adhere to the ARC Gift Voucher Ts and Cs found at https://www.arcstore.co.za/customer/t-cs/gift-cards
12. CemAir voucher is valid until 30 November 2024 and is not valid over peak days/peak season and is subject to availability. Taxes payable, non-transferable.
13. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
15. Winners will be announced on 4 August 2024 on The Capital’s Instagram story. 
16. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
17. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
18. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
19. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
20. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
21. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
22. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
23. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
24. Entry Eligibility: Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate.
25. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
26. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.

Additional Ts and Cs for Nom Nom Jewels 

 1.Validity Period

• This voucher is valid up to and including 31 December 2024 and must be used within this time frame.

2. Redemption

• This voucher can be redeemed for any item available at a Nom Nom Jewels store in Cape Town or Johannesburg, and is subject to stock availability.
• To redeem, simply show this certificate at the Nom Nom store of choice.
• This voucher is valid for a single transaction only and must be presented at the time of purchase

3. Non-Refundable

• This voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Once purchased, this voucher is non-refundable and has no cash value.
• This voucher is not refundable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
• The value of this voucher will not be reimbursed if unused; please choose your purchase carefully.
• All sales of voucher are final and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the voucher’s value.

4. Non-transferable

• This voucher is to be used only by the individual to whom it is issued.
• Transfer or resale of this voucher is strictly prohibited.
• Redemption of this voucher is limited to the bearer whose name appears hereon.

5. Lost or Stolen Certificates

• Nom Nom Jewels are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
• We are not liable for any vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
• Replacement of lost or stolen vouchers is not possible.
• Keep this voucher secure; it is not redeemable if lost or stolen, and no reissue will be provided.

6. Remaining Balance

• Any unused balance will not be returned or credited.
• If the purchase value exceeds the amount of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment.
• No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the voucher

7. Exclusions

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
• This voucher cannot be used to purchase sale items or gift cards.
• This certificate is not applicable for the purchase of limited edition items or special collaborations.

8. Cancellation

• Nom Nom Jewels reserves the right to cancel this voucher if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Nom Nom Jewels reserves the right to cancel any voucher obtained fraudulently.
• We reserve the right to cancel this voucher for any misuse or violation of terms.

9. Modification of Terms

• Nom Nom Jewels can change the terms and conditions of the voucher at any time without prior notice.
