The Grotto Wellness Spa at The Capital 15 on Orange Competition.

1.  The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts and The Grotto Wellness Spa (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. The competition opens on 31^st July 2023 and ends on 24^th August 2023.
3. Entrants are required to be followers/fans of The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts as well as The Grotto Wellness Spa’s Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook pages.
4. To qualify, entrants must, in addition to point 3, tag a friend you would like to bring along on our competition post.
5. Winners will be announced on 31^st August 2023 on The Grotto Wellness Spa’s social media platforms.
6. The entrants stand the chance of winning: a 2-night stay voucher to stay at The Capital 15 on Orange, a VIP welcome platter and an experience at The Grotto Spa
7. The prize is valued at R6 000.00 and is for 2 adults sharing.
8. The prize must be redeemed before the end of February 2024.
9. Booking dates are subject to availability and exclude public holidays and peak periods.
10. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
11. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
12. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
13. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
14. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
15. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or for accepting or using the prize.
16. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
17. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
18. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
19. You are entitled to participate in this competition if you are a natural person who is at least 18 years or older. You may NOT participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of or consultant to The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts and The Grotto Wellness Spa, or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister or business partner.
20. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
