The Capital Zimbali Resort and Golf Shootout Competition

1. The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and GolfShootout (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. Competition opens 30 May 2024 and ends 2 June 2024 at 11:59pm
3. Entry mechanism requires the entrant to like and comment on the competition post on Instagram as well be a fan of both @thecapitalhotelsandapartments and @golfshootout
4. The winner will be announced on 2 June 2024 on Organisers’ platforms.
5. The entrants stand the chance of winning: a 2-night stay voucher for two people at The Capital Zimbali Resort, including dinner, bed and breakfast.
6. The prize is valued at R12 000, inclusive of a R500 dinner voucher per person per night.
7. The prize is valid for 6 months and must be redeemed before the 30 December 2024.
8. Booking dates are subject to availability and exclude block out dates.
9. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
10. The prize does not include travel to and from The Capital Zimbali Resort.
11. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
12. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
13. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
14. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
15. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
16. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
17. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
18. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
19. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
20. Entry Eligibility: Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Organisers or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
21. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
