The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts – The Capital Circle – DECEMBER 2024 – In Partnership with The Capital Zimbali Resort, Hirschs and Sir Fruit.

1. The competition is open to all subscribers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts loyalty programme – The Capital Circle (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).  
2. Competition opens Sunday 1 December 2024 and ends at midnight on Wednesday 25 December 2024.   
3. Entry mechanism requires the entrant to be a member of/become a member of The Capital Circle and must have made a booking within the month of the competition.  
4. By becoming a Capital Circle member, your contact details will be stored for future marketing activities by The Organiser. Should you receive any marketing communication, there will be a clear option to unsubscribe from The Capital’s correspondence, if you wish to do so. 
5. By booking at any Capital property, entrants will receive 1 single entry for the month that they booked in. 
6. Entrants will only receive 1 entry per booking, no matter how many nights they booked for.  
7. Only bookings within a stay date of 1 year from booking date are considered.  
8. The winning entry must be linked to an active booking at the time of draw. Entries gained via cancelled bookings won’t be eligible for prize draw and will immediately disqualify and entrant.  
9. An extra entry will be awarded when you refer someone. When the referred person successfully books, you will receive 1 single entry for the month that your referrer booked in (i.e. based on booking date). 
10. Entrants will receive an email to their registered Capital Circle email address every time they successfully receive a new entry. This email will serve as confirmation of their current total tally of entries for the month. 
11. Winner will be announced in January 2025 on Organisers’ platforms.   
12. Winners can only win once per 12-month period. 
13. The entrants stand the chance of winning:  – A 2-night stay for two people in a Luxury Room, including breakfast, at The Capital Zimbali Resort valued at R9 800.00 – 12-month juice supply from Sir Fruit valued at R6 000.00 -A SnoMaster from Hirsch valued at R2 799.00 
14. The prize is valued at R18 599.00 
15. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.  
16. The prize does not include travel to and from The Capital Zimbali Resort 
17. Accommodation voucher at The Capital Zimbali Resort must be redeemed within 6 months of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. The voucher is not valid during block out and peak periods and is subject to availability. 
18. Sir Fruit will issue a voucher on the 1st of each month, for 12 months, to the value of R500. If a code is not redeemed within the month sent, it will be forfeited. The code is only available for use online at www.sirfruit.com. Code to be entered/redeemed during check-out on the website. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Codes will be supplied via Shopify at the beginning of each month and will need to be redeemed within that month e.g. voucher codes cannot be accumulated over several months. Vouchers only redeemable within the period: 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025. The winner will be added to SirFruit marketing communication for redemption of prize.
19. The SnoMaster must be collected at any Hirsch store. The winner will be contacted by the Hirsch team to arrange prize handover.  
20. The prize does not include transport to and from selected Hirsch store.  
21. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.  
22. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.  
23. The prize is not redeemable for cash.  
24. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.  
25. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.  
26. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.  
27. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.  
28. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.  
29. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.  
30. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.  
31. Entrants must be based in South Africa. 
32. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
