The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts – Audience Preference Survey – September 2025

1. The competition is open to all guests of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).
2. Competition opens 1 September 2025 and ends midnight on 15 September 2025. 
3. Entry mechanism requires the entrant to complete the survey shared via email.
4. Entrants will only receive 1 entry per survey, no matter how many times they complete it.
5. Winner will be notified by 1 October 2025 via email.
6. Winners can only win once per 12-month period.
7. One entrant stands the chance of winning: A 2-night stay for two people in a Luxury Room at The Capital Zimbali Resort, including breakfast.
8. The prize is valued at R10 000 and must be redeemed within 6 months of issue.
9. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
10. The prize does not include travel to and from The Capital Zimbali Resort.
11. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
12. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
13. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
14. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
15. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
16. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
17. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winner’s consent.
18. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, they may be automatically disqualified.
19. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
20. Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
21. Entrants must be based in South Africa.
22. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
