The Capital Hotels and Apartments Cape Town Winter Competition

1. The competition is open to all followers The Capital Hotels and Apartments (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. Competition opens now and ends 31^st May 2023. Only bookings made to stay between now and the 31^st August 2023 at The Capital 15 on Orange or The Capital Mirage to qualify for this competition.
3. Entrants are required to be followers/fans of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts’ Instagram, Tik Tok pages.
4. To qualify to enter you must make a booking anytime between now and the end of May 2023 when the competition closes. Only bookings made directly via our website or mobile platform qualify.

   Winners will be announced on 9 June on Instagram and Tik Tok

   For extra brownie points, tag us in your stories with your favourite moment at the hotel.

5. The entrants stand the chance of winning:

• 2 night stay in an Executive Suite with a mountain view for two people sharing, including breakfast at The Capital 15 on Orange.
• Enjoy an arrival platter on your first day and a romantic turndown on your second night, with a complimentary bottle of wine.
• Return flights with LIFT (ex JHB or ex DBN only).
• The Hopper Tour on NAC Helicopters Cape Town is approx. 12 mins long and weather dependant.

This amazing prize is for 2 adults sharing and must be redeemed before the end of September 2023.

6. The competition sponsors will contact the winner via email or by telephone if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
7. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. THE CAPITAL and their agents are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
8. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Capital.
9. The prize is not transferable and excludes ground transport costs to and from The Capital 15 On Orange and The Capital Mirage.
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
11. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. THE CAPITAL will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
12. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. THE CAPITAL will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
13. THE CAPITAL reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
14. THE CAPITAL reserves the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
15. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
16. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
17. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
