Fun Facts Competition

1. The competition is open to all followers of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts (hereinafter referred to as “The Organiser”).
2. Competition opens 23 February 2024 and ends 29 February 2024.
3. Entrants are required to be followers/fans of The Capital Hotels, Apartments and Resorts’ Instagram and Tik pages.
4. In addition to point 3, entrants are required to fill out a form, link in the mailer.
5. Winners will be announced on 1 March 2024 on organiser’s social media platforms.
6. The entrants stand the chance of winning:
7. 2-night stay voucher at any of The Capital locations
8. The prize is valued at R5 000.00 and is for 2-adults sharing, including breakfast
9. The prize must be redeemed before the September 2024.
10. Booking dates are subject to availability and exclude public holidays and peak periods.
11. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organiser.
12. The prize does not include travel to and from The Capital location chosen.
13. The Organiser will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
14. The Organiser accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organiser are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
15. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
16. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
17. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
18. The Organiser reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
19. The Organiser reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
20. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
21. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
22. Entry Eligibility: Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Grotto Spa or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
23. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of the above.
