We promote entrepreneurship as we aim to incentivise our staff and not micro manage them. Our team are greeted with a smile and complimented constantly for good work.
We remunerate our staff based on standard market rates but then incentivise them through our KPA scoring system where any member who meets or exceeds our expectation gets increases well above inflation and bonuses that are significantly more than a 13th cheque. In addition those with the highest KPA scores are first in line for promotions when we open our new hotels.
For our senior management, incentives are further packaged to provide a share of the profits so that we partner with our management and leave micro management far behind.
